- Please be courteous, kind, and respectful to all other
members of society. Name-calling and harassment of any type is unkind and
is unacceptable. There are many hurting, fragile people who could be
severely injured by your words! Any rude, abusive, or insulting behavior
will result in the loss of your membership
and entrance to Holy2.
Always try to treat others as
you would like to be treated!
- Please be polite towards the
forum moderators also. If
you have a concern, complaint, or an issue with a moderator, or with the
running of the forum, please send a private message direct to
the person. Please do not post a aggrieved, argumentative or dissenting
thread on the open forum, as it will be removed. Posting such things only
causes stress, hurt, and worry for other members.
Above all, we expect that each member acts responsibly in the forum!
- Please also remember that it won't help a person if you
go off topic in a forum thread they have started - Please just
be considerate, give them space and begin your own thread to talk about
anything sparked off by the other members thread!
- Please do NOT post suicide notes (or posts which
could be interpreted as such) on the forum. Seriously, this can be
incredibly damaging to other members as there is little we can do to help in
that situation!
- Please use only appropriate language. This site
and the forum
is run by a group of Christians - therefore we ask that our non-Christian
members, and their views and beliefs, are respected.
- We would ask that forum members absolutely refrain from
gossiping about other users or about the forum itself. Gossip can cause
major rifts in both personal relationships, and in the running of the forum
- and is simply not worth the risk of hurting people! Any member found to be
gossiping (particularly if in a malicious manner!) will be lose their
membership altogether.
- Please take care to keep confidentiality!
Anything spoken within these 'four walls' should not be taken outside!
Similarly, please take care not to bring problems or gossip from other
forums to FTF, as this can only cause disruption and unrest.

- Spamming in relation to
forums is the initiation of threads or posts that contribute nothing to a
forum, be it off topic or on topic. Examples include: empty posts, posts
with few words that have no relation to the current thread or discussion and
those posts that state they are spam, either to annoy or increase a member's
post count.
- Affiliate links give posters
an unfair advantage over others. As well, affiliate links may lead to false
representation simply in the effort to gain a lead or referral. Affiliate
links are allowed only in certain circumstances at the discretion of the
admins.
- Adult links are absolutely
not allowed. If there is a doubt about a link, do NOT post it. You may PM an
admin for clarification about specific links. All adult links will be
deleted.
- No linking to illegal downloads of not only
software, but copyrighted images that must be purchased, movies, and other
items being illegally distributed.
- Zero profanity! Please keep in mind that we do
have young people and people from all areas browsing these forums.
Therefore, no profanity should be used. If used, it will be edited.
- No flames of any kind against a member, or group
of members. Flames are a deliberate personal attack on another member or
group of members. Having a difference of opinion is fine, but if it gets out
of hand and turns into a fight to get the biggest dig, then its gone too
far. If you are a long-standing member, act like one. Lead by example
and assist other newer members rather then attacking them. We look upon our
veteran members to use this opportunity to teach the newer members the
appropriate way to use these message boards.
- Treat new forum members with respect, and visa versa.
You were new at one point, as was everyone else. Please treat newcomers to
the forums with respect, and new members should treat everyone else the same
way.
- Any forum member appearing to have joined for the sole purpose
of posting spam, or advertising of any kind, will be subject to
automatic and immediate banning.
- Please respect our members personal boundaries -
especially in male / female relationships!
- Please do not post links to websites, apart for
copyright purposes, without written approval from a member of the senior
staff here. This is because we would want to vet those sites to ensure that
they were safe for our members.
